Associate Territory Representative

Break into Medical/Dental Device Sales with a Market Leader

Our client, a leader in dental laser technology, is seeking a driven Associate Territory Representative to partner with an experienced Territory Manager and drive growth in the Miami surrounding area.

This role is ideal for a hunter-minded B2B sales professional looking to transition into the lucrative medical/dental industry. You’ll gain hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to represent cutting-edge technology that’s transforming dentistry.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the Territory Manager to execute a growth strategy for the region
• Prospect and generate new dental practice leads through research, networking, and outreach
• Support product demos, educational events, and trade shows
• Maintain CRM data and track sales activities
• Assist in nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

• Location: Miami
• 2+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience
• Hunter mentality with excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in medical/dental device sales

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $65K+
• Target Commissions: $30K + $5K bonus- OTE $100k+
• Mileage & travel expenses covered
