Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for a Temporary Facilities Coordinator to assist their staff in New York City!

Responsibilities:

• Receive, prioritize, and manage facility service requests through Service Channel or similar ticket-based systems.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and fully operational environment.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of maintenance and cleaning supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience high-end luxury boutique & facilities operations
• Experience using Service Channel or other computerized maintenance management systems
• Great organization & communication skills
