Job Title: Operator

Duration: 4-6 months

Location: Henderson, Kentucky 42420
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 hourly on W2

Shift: M-F, 07:30am - 03:30 pm

Shift: M-F, 7:30 am - 03:30 pm But Starting in March, it will move to 12-hour shifts 7-7 for 7 weeks straight for the busy season. OT is allowed

Responsibilities

• Load dry fertilizer and anhydrous ammonia trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including skid-steer and high-reach machinery.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on trucks and loading stations.
• Comply with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies, PPE requirements, and safety training.
• Work on dock and docked barges, including opening and closing barges.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and support team-based operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED certificate is preferred.
• Entry-level experience in chemical, industrial, or manufacturing operations; 1-2 years preferred.
• Valid driver's license and basic computer skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card once in role.
• Maintain clean work environment and comply with all safety and environmental policies.
• Adaptability to make judgments when operating equipment to distribute.
• Proficiency and comprehension reading and writing English.
• Comfortable with simple math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, work at heights, wear a respirator, and work 12-hour rotating shifts, including overtime.
• Must buy their own Steel toe boots. all other PPE gear will be provided
