Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to lead operations at our food manufacturing facility in Harrisonburg, VA with a full relocation package offered . This role is responsible for overseeing daily production, ensuring food safety and quality standards, optimizing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.)
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams to meet performance goals
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to maximize productivity
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and budgeting

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food manufacturing or processing
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards
• 10+ years in a management level role
