Invoke Staffing is partnering with a dynamic commercial construction firm in the Triangle that’s redefining what a modern GC looks like. The company is growing quickly and looking for a Preconstruction Manager (or experienced Estimator) to join their collaborative team and help lead preconstruction efforts across a wide range of commercial projects.

🔨 What You’ll Do

• Lead the preconstruction process — from estimating and budgeting to strategic planning and bid coordination.
• Review blueprints, specs, and proposals to develop accurate, competitive estimates.
• Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project scope, cost, and goals.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and manage proposal submissions.
• Analyze and compare subcontractor bids to ensure full coverage and scope accuracy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them make informed preconstruction decisions.
• Support project handoff and execution , ensuring smooth transitions to field teams.

🧠 What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in estimating or preconstruction for commercial construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and project planning .
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset — able to thrive in a close-knit, team-first environment.
• Experience with Procore, BlueBeam, and ProEst preferred (or similar tools).
