Key Responsibilities:

• Document Control
• Oversee the Engineering Department Document System
• Review and update documents for accuracy
• Advise the department on access and changes to requirement documents
• Support training and qualification processes for department personnel
• Create and maintain tracking tools for task completion for document related tasking
• Establish and maintain record retention timelines
• Support development of the AMO Engineering SharePoint
• Project Support
• Ensures responsible parties are completing their tasks throughout the entire project
• Communicating project status to the organization
• Host internal and external meetings as required
• Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources
• Work collaboratively with other departments and external entities impacting project
• Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project

Basic Qualifications:

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite is required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals.
• Experience with FAA Repair Stations.
• Experience with project management
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
