Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Receptionist at Beachside Beauty LLC, located in Vero Beach, Florida. The Salon Receptionist will handle a variety of day-to-day responsibilities including welcoming clients, managing appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining an organized front desk/salon. Additional duties include managing payments, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and professional salon, and assisting with administrative and clerical tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Communication skills to ensure a welcoming and positive client experience
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing tasks such as scheduling and front desk operations
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling client inquiries professionally
• Basic Clerical Skills, including data entry, organization, and administrative tasks
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Previous salon or spa experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• FAMILIARITY OF VAGARO PAYMENTS SYSTEM IS A PLUS
